Explore the Natural Wonders of Cape Town and the Western Cape:

Table MountainHaving spent close on a decade living between various natural areas around Southern Africa, I am happy to say that I can once again call Cape Town my home. From a young age I have been exploring the nature reserves and mountains in the Cape Town area and to this day, while wondering around pristine botanical gardens or trekking through vast tracts of fragrant fynbos, I still find myself awe-struck by the incredible natural diversity and extraordinary level of endemism that the Cape Floral Region has to offer.

The Cape Floral Region is one of the 6 major Floral Kingdoms of the world and although it is the smallest of the floral kingdoms, it is one of the most diverse. It contains an estimated 9,500 plant species of which 70% of these do not grow anywhere else on earth, making it one of the most ecologically important of the 6 plant kingdoms.

If you are planning a trip to Cape Town and are interested in exploring this region’s incredible natural beauty together, then please do not hesitate to contact me directly so that we can begin planning your trip.
